menus

The menu is an original idea I generated while playing around with creating a food menu. I had thought… food doesn’t ALWAYS have to be the theme of menus. Why not apply a menu system to other aspects of learning and self-growth practices? So that’s what I’ll be doing ;) …creating a delicious, heart-watering menu for you to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

how appetizer works

The purpose of the appetizer is to regulate your nervous system and brain plasticity in order to expand consciousness. During the appetizer, new neural pathways are formed. This promotes your brain to rewire itself and be more adaptive to change. This is the perfect state to implement positive change. It stimulates your appetite to start taking action from the main course which is explained next. :)

how main course works

The main course allows you to do deep dive work to implement positive change within yourself. This affects the part of your brain called the cerebral cortex, which is responsible for higher-order thinking, imagination, emotions, sensation, etc. The white matter part of your brain allows different parts of your brain to make connections so this kind of work actually prevents your white matter from declining.

how dessert works

The purpose of dessert serves as a nice treat for yourself by taking a break from the mind and tuning into the body. This enhances divergent thinking allowing the creative juices in your mind to start reproducing while it’s at rest.
